Ordering

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 units per item. This applies across all of our standard branded products, making us ideal for smaller businesses and one-off events.

Can I order a mix of different products?
Yes. Each product has its own minimum order quantity of 10 units, so you can order 10 notebooks, 10 water bottles, and 10 tote bags in the same order.

Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

Artwork and Branding

What file format do I need for my logo?
We recommend supplying your logo in a vector format such as AI, EPS, or SVG. High-resolution PNG files (minimum 300dpi) are also acceptable in most cases. If you are unsure, send us what you have and we will let you know.

What if I do not have a print-ready logo?
Get in touch at info@lastminuteswag.co.uk and we will advise on the best way forward. In some cases we can work with lower resolution files, depending on the product and print method.

Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes, always. We provide a digital proof with every order so you can check logo placement, colours, and sizing before we start production. Please look out for this email. We will not proceed without your approval.

Can you match my brand colours exactly?
We will always aim to match your brand colours as closely as possible. Please note that colours can vary slightly depending on the product material and print method used.

Turnaround and Delivery

How long will my order take?
Standard branded items are dispatched within 5 working days of artwork approval. Tile Mate and Tile Slim trackers are dispatched within 7 working days. Once dispatched, the courier typically delivers within 1 to 2 working days across the UK.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver within the UK only. If you have a specific requirement, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification via email so you can follow your delivery.

What if my order does not arrive in time?
Once your order has been collected by the courier, delivery timescales are outside of our control. If you have a concern about your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order?
As all products are custom-branded to your specification, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are faulty or have been delivered incorrectly.

What if my items are faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lastminuteswag.co.uk or call 01256 851312. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please have your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs of the affected items ready.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our range, add the items you need to your basket, upload your logo at checkout, and complete your order. You will receive a digital proof on email before production begins.
