Welcome to Last Minute Swag. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Orders & Artwork All products are custom-branded to your specification. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have the right to use any logos, artwork, or branding supplied to us. Last Minute Swag accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT at checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the time of checkout.

4. Minimum Order Quantities Most products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 units. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

5. Production & Delivery As all items are made to order, production times apply before dispatch. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on dispatch and delivery timeframes.

6. Shipping & Carrier Responsibility Once your order has been collected by our courier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. Last Minute Swag cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will assist in raising a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee outcomes or timescales outside of our control. 7. Returns & Refunds As all products are personalised, we do not accept returns unless items are faulty or incorrectly fulfilled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability Last Minute Swag's liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
