Refund policy
At Last Minute Swag, all products are custom-branded with your logo and produced specifically to your order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless the product is faulty or has been delivered incorrectly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lastminuteswag.co.uk or call 01256 851312. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Report a Fault To process a claim, please provide your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs of the faulty item(s).
Non-Returnable Items As all products are made to order and personalised with your branding, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing estimates, incorrect artwork provided or any reason other than a product fault or fulfilment error.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
